A ceramic coating is a semi-permanent chemical layer that bonds to your clear coat. It will not stop a rock, but it will stop the things that actually ruin Nevada paint: UV oxidation, hard water etching, bug acid, and sprinkler mineral deposits.
It only works over corrected paint. We do not coat swirls in place, and any shop that offers to is selling you a sealed-in defect.

Where to go next with coating
A coating goes on corrected paint, so every booking starts with paint correction and detailing. If your car is taking rock chips on the freeway, coating alone will not stop them, and the fix is paint protection film across the front end with the coating layered over it.
