These Terms govern your use of lussoautodesignlv.com and any related sites, forms, quizzes, and messaging operated by Lusso Auto Design ("Lusso", "we", "us"). By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract to submit a request or place an order.

2. Consultations, Quotes, and Orders

Quotes are estimates based on the information you submit and are not binding until confirmed in writing and a deposit is received. Wheel, tire, and parts pricing is subject to manufacturer availability, freight, and lead times. Deposits are non-refundable once custom forging, drilling, or finishing has begun.

3. Communications Consent (Phone, SMS, Email)

By submitting your contact information, you agree we and our authorized agents may contact you by phone call, text message (SMS/MMS, including automated/autodialed messages), and email regarding your inquiry, appointment, build, or marketing offers. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for full SMS terms.

4. Service Workmanship

Installation work performed in-shop is warranted against defects in workmanship for 30 days from pickup. Manufacturer warranties (Vossen, Brixton Forged, MV Forged, etc.) apply per each brand's published terms. We are not responsible for curb rash, road hazard, improper torque after customer-performed work, or modifications made by a third party after pickup.

5. Vehicle Storage

Vehicles left more than 7 days after build completion may incur storage fees of $50/day. Lusso is not liable for theft, vandalism, or acts of nature while a vehicle is on premises beyond what is covered by our garagekeepers insurance.

6. Intellectual Property

All Site content, photos, build sheets, and marks are owned by Lusso or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or republish without written permission. Customer build photos may be used by Lusso for marketing unless you opt out in writing at delivery.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lusso's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site, a quote, or a build will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Lusso harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. You and Lusso waive any right to a jury trial. Class actions are not permitted.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
