    When you submit a consultation, quiz, or contact form we collect: full name, phone number, email address, vehicle details (make, model, year), build preferences, budget range, and any free-text notes you send us. If you use our interior mockup or upholstery intake tools, we also collect the vehicle or part photos you choose to upload. We also automatically collect device, browser, IP address, referring URL, and behavior on the Site via analytics and advertising pixels (including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta Pixel).

    1a. Artificial Intelligence Disclosure

    Parts of this Site use artificial intelligence. Our build chat assistant is an AI system, not a human employee, and it is labeled as such in the chat window. You can ask to speak with a person at any time and a member of our team will follow up.

    Our interior mockup tool uses generative AI to produce a visualization based on the specification you select and any photo you upload. Those images are illustrations only. They are not photographs of your vehicle, they are not a rendering of the finished product, and the hand-finished piece will vary in color, grain, stitching, and texture. Nothing generated by these tools is a quote, a contract, or a guarantee of appearance, fitment, price, or outcome. Final pricing and specification are confirmed in writing by a human before any work begins.

    Photos and prompts you submit are stored in our private storage and sent to our AI provider solely to generate your mockup or assistant response. We do not use your uploads to train third-party AI models, and we do not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

    2. How We Use Your Information

    • To respond to your consultation request and quote your build.
    • To contact you by phone, SMS/MMS, and email about your inquiry, appointment, or build.
    • To send marketing messages about new builds, drops, and promotions — only with your consent.
    • To improve the Site, our ads, and our customer experience.
    • To comply with law and enforce our Terms.

    3. SMS / Text Messaging — A2P 10DLC Disclosure

    By submitting your phone number through any form on this Site, you expressly consent to receive recurring transactional and marketing text messages from Lusso Auto Design at the number you provided, sent via an automated system. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

    • Message frequency: varies based on your inquiry and account activity.
    • Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier.
    • Opt out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the number below.
    • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
    • We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third party for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is used only to deliver the messages you requested and the services described above.

    4. CRM and Third-Party Processors

    We use HighLevel (LeadConnector) as our CRM and messaging platform, Supabase for secure data storage, and standard service providers for analytics, email, hosting, and advertising attribution. These processors only receive the data needed to perform their service and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments.

    5. Advertising and Cookies

    We use cookies and tracking pixels (Meta, Google, TikTok where applicable) to measure ad performance and serve you relevant ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings and opt out of personalized advertising at aboutads.info/choices.

    6. Your Rights

    Depending on where you live (California CCPA/CPRA, Nevada SB220, Utah UCPA, EU/UK GDPR, and other state laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or limit the use of your personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights, and you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.     6a. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

    We do not sell personal information for money. However, our use of advertising and analytics cookies (Google Ads, Google Analytics, and the Meta Pixel) may qualify as a "sale" or "share" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law and similar laws in Nevada, Utah, and other states.

    To opt out, you can do any of the following:

    Opting out does not affect your ability to request a quote, book a consultation, or receive service from us. It also does not stop non-advertising communications about a build you have already requested.

    7. Data Retention and Security

    We keep lead and customer records as long as needed to provide service and as required by law. We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is 100% secure.

    8. Children

    The Site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
